Will my petting zoo reservation be completely private?Yes! When you book a private petting zoo experience, you and the number of guests on your reservation will be the only visitors during that time slot. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

What is your refund policy?To receive a full refund for a private petting zoo experience, we must receive at least 24 hours notice. Alternative dates may also be selected in lieu of a refund. For cancellations due to weather, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date may be selected.

What do I get when visiting the Sensory Petting Zoo?You will be taken from animal to animal and enter the pastures and yards. During the tour, you will hear stories, facts and information about each animal. Questions are encouraged!

Do I need to make a reservation to visit?Yes. Because this is a private residence, all visits must be scheduled via our online scheduling program.

Can I bring a hurt, injured or rescued animal to the barn?No, unfortunately we only have space available for the current number of animals. If you have a hurt or injured animal, we'd be happy to help you find resources elsewhere.

What should I wear to the barn?CLOSED TOED SHOES, please!

Can I bring my own food/drinks?Animals can be very "food" driven. For the safety of you and the animals, please do not bring any food or drink into the paddocks. Food and drinks may be stored or consumed at the picnic table area unless a birthday party or event has been scheduled. If you are planning to consume food at the picnic table area, please ask prior. Food may also be stored in your car.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, Venmo, Paypal and debit/credit card.

Can I bring my dog?For the safety and comfort of both our animals and your dog, dogs are not allowed on the grounds. Registered service animals are the only exception to this rule, and must be kept on-leash at all times.

Can I feed the animals?A few of our animals are on special diets. Please do not feed any food to the animals during your visit unless the staff has provided you with food to specifically give as treats.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
